- 2oz (60g) Butter
- 1oz (30g) Cocoa
- 1 tabsp Golden syrup ( bit more is better)
- 1oz (30g) sugar
- few drops of milk
- 8oz (230g) biscuits
- 2oz (60g) chocolate
- 7in square tin
Slighty warm first 5 ingredients and mix. Break biscuits into fine crumbs and
stir in. Grease tin and press mix in.
Melt chocolate and spread over. Leave overnight then cut up but it works
better if you cut it before chocolate goes hard!
